Nimgir — Refund Policy

Who processes your purchase.

Purchases of Nimgir are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Refund window.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and select "Request refund." In line with Paddle's Refund Policy, refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

How refunds are processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. A refunded license key is deactivated.

Your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. If the Software is materially defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, contact support@nimgir.ai first — we respond within 3 business days — and you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) regardless of when you purchased.
